Privacy

Draft notice — to be reviewed by the store before launch.

This website is an information site for Budgens Battersea Park. It does not have accounts, forms, a shopping basket or checkout, and it does not ask you for any personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded Google map described below is provided by Google and may set or read Google cookies in your browser.

Embedded Google map

The map in our “Visit us” section and on our About page is provided by Google Maps. It only loads when you scroll to it. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies, in line with the Google Privacy Policy. The “Get directions” and “Open in Google Maps” links open Google Maps in a new tab, which is also governed by Google’s policies.

Social media links

The TikTok, Facebook and Instagram links in the footer and the “Follow us” popup are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services until you choose to visit them, at which point their own privacy policies apply.

Contact

If you have any questions, please call the store on 020 3930 0844 or visit us at 319–323 Battersea Park Road, London SW11 4LT.

Online shopping with Localdrop is coming soon and will have its own privacy notice when it launches.
